Im renommierten belgischen SIDE-LINE MUSIC MAGAZINE ist ein Review der EP “Rapid Eye Vol. 3″ von THE DIELECTRIC erschienen. Von ODRADEK stammen die deutschen Lyrics und die Produktion der Vocals für den Track “Corridors”.
“The Dielectric strikes back with the last chapter of their “Rapid-Eye Assemblage”-trilogy. This English project features J. Hookens better known as Jerico One (but we now have to say ex-Jerico One)! According to me Jerico One remains one of the refreshing and efficient progressive electronic projects I heard in years. This “Rapid Eye”-maxi from The Dielectric brings us a bit back into the genius arrangements and electro-atmospheres of Jerico One. J. Hookens got some real good company to compose this release. He invited several guest musicians and among the list you’ll find Ann-Mari Thim (Arcana) and Karen King (Killing Ophelia) both as vocalists. A few more guests contributed to the music and I here refer to Vladislav Buben, Dave Escott (Awax) and Michael Pfirrmann (Odradek). The opening piece “Corridors” is a great start. I am here especially impressed by the vocal production. A kind of half spoken half sung vocals have been produced in a sort of ghost-like treatment, which fits remarkably with the icy electronics.”(…)
